These policies and conditions are designed to make the process of learning easier for our brilliant students and their parents. Free Trial:
Our Free Trial class is only available to new students. We offer up to two 30-minute lessons for free for new students with our proficient tutors. This will help the student choose the suitable tutor with no charges.
Refer a friend and get paid:
Recommend us to your friends, relatives, and family members and get a 10% discount. We appreciate recommendations that come from our wonderful students towards our Academy. Make mention of your course preferred or your favourite tutor and get paid, and on top of that get the reword from Almighty Allah for spreading good.
1. Enrollment:
• Students must be of the appropriate age for each course.
• All applicants must provide accurate personal information during enrollment.
2. Code of Conduct:
• Students are expected to adhere to Islamic principles and exhibit respectful behavior.
• Disruptive behavior, disrespect, or violation of Islamic ethics may result in disciplinary action.
3. Attendance:
• Regular attendance is mandatory for successful completion of courses.
• Absences should be communicated 3 hours in advance via student’s zoom chat with his/her tutor or the academy’s WhatsApp. No makeup class will be provided if the student miss the class without informing us or his/her tutor except for emergencies such as death in the family or sudden illness.
4. Curriculum:
• The academy follows a structured and customized curriculum for Quran, Tajweed, Arabic, and Islamic studies.
• Any modifications to the curriculum will be communicated in advance.
5. Fees and Payments:
• Tuition fees must be paid on time as per the agreed schedule.
• Late payments may result in suspension from classes.

• The academy respects the privacy of students and will not disclose personal information without consent.
8. Communication and Monitoring
• Parents will be informed of students’ progress quarterly. We offer a quarterly report to parents of students under 16. The parents will be able to keep close eye on their children’s progress by checking the result of students’ 3-month course learning and also the guidelines of the next 3 months.
• Important announcements and updates will be communicated through official channels.
9. Examinations and Assessments:
• Students will be evaluated through regular assessments and examinations.
• Cheating or plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
10. Facility Usage:
• Students must respect the academy’s premises and use facilities responsibly.
11. Safety and Security:
• The academy is committed to providing a safe learning environment.
• Emergency procedures will be communicated, and students are expected to follow them.
12. Withdrawal and Refunds:
• Requests for withdrawal must be submitted in writing.
• Refund policies are in place and can be obtained from the administration.
13. Code of Dress:
• Students are required to adhere to a modest Islamic dress code.
14. Parental Involvement:
• Parents are encouraged to actively participate in their child’s education and attend scheduled meetings.

• Staff members must uphold ethical standards and serve as positive role models.
16. Updates to Terms and Conditions:
• The academy reserves the right to update these terms and conditions in accordance with the requirements of the classes.
