The process of learning the Quran with Tajweed usually started with difficulty, stammering, and stumbling. But once we master Tajweed rules, our Tilawah reaches higher levels. Indeed, the Quran is a greatest source of guidance and this Book of Allah should not be recited or read like any other book. But, we should all do the Quran recitation with Tajweed.
